Your tasks

  • Sale of tickets forour panoramic tours and boat trips in Cologne 
  • Advising our guestson timetables, offers, and prices 
  • Handling payment processes(cash and card payments) 
  • First point of contactand the friendly face for our guests 
  • Close cooperation with other departmentssuch as the Service Center and the teams on board our KD 

What sets you apart

  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, andenjoyment of interacting with peoplefrom all over the world 
  • Enjoyment of sales; initial experience in customer service, sales, or ticketing is advantageous but not required;career changersare welcome 
  • Willingnessto engage in seasonal workand work on weekends or holidays  
  • Good knowledge of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
