This day trip to Monheim am Rhein begins with a three-hour Rhine cruise, during which you can relax and take in the passing scenery while enjoying delicious food from the included lunch buffet. Once you arrive in Monheim, you will learn more about the centuries-long history of the idyllic town on the Rhine between Düsseldorf and Cologne and get to know its most famous sights on a guided tour of the town. In one of the numerous restaurants in the picturesque old town, you can enjoy coffee and cake in peace and quiet or toast with a fresh Alt or Kölsch beer. Afterwards, the KD will take you back to Düsseldorf.

Important information
Tables and seats are allocated by KD according to possibilities and availability. Of course, we take into account the number of people and group sizes booked. Please note that our tables are designed for a limited number of people. Depending on the number of people booked, seating will be arranged together with other guests and, in the case of larger groups, at several contiguous tables.
Included services & excursion tips
On the outward journey, we offer our guests a lovely lunch buffet with a selection of hot and cold dishes, which you can help yourself to to your heart's content.
After arriving in Monheim, all guests start the included city tour (in small groups), which ends in the old town. Afterwards, there is plenty of free time. The recommended way back to the landing stage is via the Rhine dyke (approx. 1.5 km).
