Through joint team events, such as our participation in the Rhine Clean up, we set an example for environmental protection. On our website, we also report on local institutions that take on social responsibility, e.g. the KRAKE association, which operates a garbage trap in the Rhine and which our Cologne panoramic cruises pass by every day. Our social commitment extends beyond the banks of the river and includes the promotion of education, culture, healthcare and social justice. To live up to this claim, KD takes responsibility and has set itself ambitious goals in the following areas. Our overarching goal is to create positive added value for our guests, employees and society through meaningful measures.
In order to continuously improve our relationship with our customers, we conduct regular customer surveys. We collect feedback on the passenger experience in the areas of service quality, comfort, cleanliness, gastronomic offerings and recommendations. This enables us to identify current development potential and respond specifically to the wishes of our guests.
