Through the Middle Rhine Valley on the historic paddle steamer Goethe
A boat trip through the Middle Rhine Valley is a pleasure in itself. But on board the historic paddlewheel boat Goethe, this Rhine cruise becomes truly unforgettable.
What a combination: the steep vineyards, legendary castles, and idyllic Rhine towns of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Upper Middle Rhine Valley, plus the legendary Loreley and a ship that exudes the charm of bygone times. These are the ingredients of the KD . On board the faithfully restored paddle steamer Goethe, built in 1913, it takes you from Koblenz to Rüdesheim and back. You can board and disembark at any KD along the route. The route runs daily from April 25 to October 4, departing from Koblenz to Rüdesheim at 9:00 a.m. and returning at 4:15 p.m.
