What you can expect
- You will assume overall responsibility for all hospitality areas on board our on board our 16 ships and are deployed along the Rhine and Moselle - from Frankfurt to Cologne and Düsseldorf. During the season, you will lead a team of around 220 employees and manage all gastronomic processes with passion, precision and innovation
- Leadership: Management and further development of an interdisciplinary F&B team with over 20 nationalities
- Strategy & concepts: Development of modern, efficient F&B concepts for our diverse ships and target groups
- Quality management: ensuring excellent service and quality standards along the entire customer journey
- Controlling & management: budget responsibility, cost control, KPI analyses and continuous process optimization
- Goods procurement & purchasing: responsibility for purchasing, logistics, inventory and goods planning in close coordination with the requirements on board
- Interface function: Close cooperation with management, operations, sales, technology and nautical area
What you bring with you
- You have several years of management experience in F&B operations, ideally in the cruise or gastronomy/hotel industry
- You are a recognized leader at eye level and convince with commitment and presence
- Competent in leading international teams and familiar with dealing with cultural diversity
- Experience in the development of F&B strategies as well as in change and project management
- Strong service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
