Please note the following restrictions during the season.

Cancellations of scheduled services

• Line 09:30 Cologne – 12:30 Bonn – 13:30 Königswinter – 14:50 Linz and back
  • Aug. 25 – Sept. 4: The 1:30 p.m. Königswinter – 2:50 p.m. Linz route and return service are canceled
  • September 5 – September 27, 2026: Entire line out of service
• Line 09:15 Mainz – 11:00 Rüdesheim – 12:50 St. Goarshausen – 16:20 Rüdesheim – 18:40 Mainz
  • September 3 – September 20, 2026
• Route 9:00 a.m. Koblenz – 3:15 p.m. Rüdesheim / 4:15 p.m. Rüdesheim – 8:00 p.m. Koblenz

Cancellations of panoramic or lounge evening cruises

• Panorama tours Düsseldorf
  • The 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. departures will be canceled on September 6, September 20, October 4, and October 18, 2026 (starting at 3:00 p.m.; all other departures will run according to the schedule)
• Panoramic Tours & Evening Lounge Tours in Frankfurt
  • All day on September 17, 2026

Cancellations of Event Trips

• Due to the ongoing low water levels and in light of the long-term forecasts, the “ KD ” special cruise scheduled for September 19 as part of the “Rhein in Flammen” event unfortunately cannot take place and has been canceled without a replacement.
• The “Dancing on the Rhine” party cruise scheduled for Friday, August 21, September 4, and September 18, 2026, in Koblenz has been canceled due to low water levels and the resulting restrictions.
• The “Dancing on the Rhine – All-Inclusive Evening Cruise” scheduled for Saturday, August 22 and September 5, 2026, in Koblenz has been canceled due to low water levels and the resulting restrictions.
• Cancellation of the day trip from Cologne to Zons on August 19, 2026.
• Cancellation of the day trip from Düsseldorf to Monheim on August 19, 2026.

We will keep all affected customers informed about the outages and restrictions listed above and provide appropriate alternatives.
