Due to low water levels, some landing stages along the Rhine are currently very steep. Please note that, for insurance reasons, the crew is not permitted to assist guests with boarding or disembarking, and guests must load and unload bicycles, trailers, and e-bikes themselves.
Guests with limited mobility must rely on the assistance of their fellow travelers.

Piers 7 and 8 in Cologne (below the Hohenzollern Bridge, departure point for the MS RheinHarmonie and MS Willi Ostermann) are particularly steep. You can see which ships are in service and when in the SBL.
