On the last weekend in August, Cochem celebrates its local history and wine festival, which is one of the largest and most beautiful on the Moselle. The highlight of the festival is the brilliant fireworks display on Sunday. You have the best view of the colorful spectacle from on board the KD .
The local history and wine festival on the Moselle promenade and in Cochem's "parlor", the market square, is a big party. The highlight is Sunday with the big parade through the streets and alleyways of Cochem town center and the colorful brilliant fireworks display. On board the KD , you can experience the fantastic light show from the front row.
