• Passengers who wish to purchase their ticket on site or redeem a voucher are requested to report to the ticket office approx. 30 minutes before departure. Depending on where the ships dock, please allow up to 10 minutes to walk from the Ticket Office to the dock.
• If you have already purchased your ticket online in advance, you can go directly to the landing stage. Please be at the landing stage approx. 15 minutes before departure.
• You can obtain up-to-date information about ship deployments and mooring points in person at the above-mentioned locations as well as on the daily updated notices on our KD 1 (Deutzer Brücke), 3 (at Fischmarkt) and 7 (below Hohenzollernbrücke). Please also note our current messages and the ship movement list.
• Information for guests with restricted mobility can be found here. Please contact the Service Center in advance to find out about the current daily boat schedules and landing stages.
• Payment options on site: Cash, EC, credit card

From Cologne Central Station/Breslauer Platz approx. 5 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can also take the Rathaus subway station or the Heumarkt subway and bus station, from there it is approx. 5 to 10 minutes' walk. Please note that the KD Ticket Office and the landing stage for the boats are currently a few minutes' walk apart due to renovation work on the banks of the Rhine (see above).

The nearest parking garages are Parkhaus Heumarkt (Markmannsgasse) and Parkhaus Philharmonie (Bischofsgarten Strasse / corner of Trankgasse) or Contipark Tiefgarage Hauptbahnhof.

KD can park in the APOCA Rheinauhafen multi-storey parking lot at a special rate of 12.99 for up to twelve hours (approx. 15 to 20 minutes' walk to the landing stage). Further information on booking can be found here and on your ticket.

Buses can stop in Markmannsgasse to let guests get on and off. Please note for your arrival that the bus parking lot at the Bastei is still closed (more information here). Information on traveling by coach can be found here.
