Your tasks
- Sale of tickets for our panorama tours and boat tours in Cologne
- Advice for our guests on timetables, offers and prices
- Handling of payment processes (cash and card payments)
- First point of contact and the friendly face for our guests
- Close cooperation with other departments such as Service Center Travel Sales and the teams on board our KD
What sets you apart
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and enjoy dealing with people from all over the world
- Fun in sales ideally initial experience in customer service, sales or ticketing is an advantage, but not a must - career changers welcome
- Willingness to work seasonally and on weekends or public holidays
- Good knowledge of German and English; additional foreign language skills are a plus
