We offer you the following services:

• Address of the landing stage or directions/route planner
• Information on ship deployment (based on our SBL approx. 7 days before departure)
• Taxi service on board
• Special dietary requirements (Please note that not all dietary requirements can be met.)
• Embarkation before all other guests
• Restaurant tables with wheelchair access (at least 75 cm high)
• Lavatories suitable for the disabled
• Your companion will be transported free of charge on round trips and scheduled services if the “B” sign is entered in your ID card
• Your assistance dog is welcome on board and will be transported free of charge

If possible, please let us know in advance if you have any requirements that go beyond our offer. We will gladly do our best!
