During the wine and town festival, the Moselle promenade and Cochem’s market square, or “guter Stube”, are transformed into one big party. The highlight is the grand parade through the streets and alleyways of Cochem town centre on the Sunday along with the spectacular and colourful fireworks show. A KD riverboat cruise gives you a front-row seat for the dazzling display of lights.
Cochem Wine Festival and Fireworks Cruise
On the last weekend in August, Cochem hosts its wine and town festival, one of the largest and nicest on the Moselle. The highlight of the festival is the sensational fireworks display on the Sunday. You can enjoy the best view of the colourful spectacle from on board a KD boat.
