- The Ticket Office Cologne-Porz is unfortunately not staffed. However, the station is served by regular scheduled services according to the timetable. Tickets are available here in the online shop or on board the ship.
- The KD landing stage in Cologne-Porz is suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.
- Passengers are requested to arrive approx. 15 minutes before the desired departure time.
- Payment options on board: EC or credit card payment only (no cash payment!)
Your journey by train/local public transport
From KVB stop Köln, Porz Markt approx. 5- 10 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can also go to the KVB stop and S-Bahn station Köln, Porz Bahnhof, from there about 10 – 15 minutes on foot.

The nearest parking garage is Parkhaus – City Center Porz, from there about 5 – 10 minutes on foot.
