The rafting, shipping and pilgrimage community of Kamp-Bornhofen has a lot to offer culturally.

Kamp-Bornhofen with the famous Liebenstein and Sterrenberg castles, also known as the Enemy Brothers, is located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley. The famous Marian and pilgrimage monastery in the Bornhofen district is a destination for many pilgrims every year.

Information about the jetty
  • The Kamp-Bornhofen ticket office is not staffed daily. However, the station is served by regular scheduled services according to the timetable.
  • Tickets can be purchased on site or on board the ships
  • The KD landing stage in Kamp-Bornhofen is suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.
  • Passengers are requested to arrive approx. 15 minutes before the desired departure time.
  • Payment options on site or on board the ships: EC or credit card payment, cash payment
Your journey by train/local public transport
  • Regional train VIAS, Kamp-Bornhofen station, approx. 5 minutes on foot.
Your journey by car
  • A small ramp leads from the B42 to the Rhine, where the KD landing stage is located. Public parking spaces (free of charge) are located along the main road.
Travel information for coaches
  • A bus stop for boarding and alighting is located directly in front of the KD landing stage. There is a special bus parking area for coaches 100 meters away.
