Junior System Administrator IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)
IT generalist with an eye for data, systems and new technologies

Your tasks on land & on board
- Operation and further development of the IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services) and 1st / 2nd level support for users and systems
- Creation of dashboards & reports with Power BI
- Conducting business impact analyses (BIA) to evaluate critical IT systems and derive measures for IT resilience and continuity
- Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT to increase efficiency in analysis, documentation and communication
- Collaboration on digitization projects, introduction of new tools and coordination of technical requirements with external service providers
What you bring with you
- A successfully completed degree or comparable training in IT / computer science with demonstrable practical experience
- You are experienced in dealing with Microsoft 365, Windows systems and network technologies
- Technology-savvy with initial hands-on experience in Power BI (an advantage), app development and modern tools such as ChatGPT & AI
- You think data-driven, find patterns, create clarity and use this ability to improve processes and systems
- Analytical, eager to learn and solution-oriented and you like to grow with every challenge
- You have a high degree of service orientation and a willingness to travel along the routes of the KD
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
