Your responsibilities in planning, organizing, and executing events

• Supporting the catering management team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, workflow and deployment plans, material orders, and documentation
• Help plan events: Create menus and drink lists
• Preparing the event locations: setting tables, checking seating and decorations
• Event support: guest reception, serving, coordination
• Follow-up: dismantling, cleaning, inventory check, documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement

What we want from you

• High school diploma / technical college entrance qualification and, ideally, experience in the restaurant industry
• Passion for guest contact and professional customer service
• Very good knowledge of German, good written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS 365 and confident in administrative tasks
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays from Monday to Sunday
• Motivated, committed, and interested individual with a strong willingness to learn
