The KD Moment joined the KD fleet in April 2024 and is KD’s first hotel boat of its own. It was built in 2008 and underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2022. It will mainly sail on the Rhine.

The KD Moment is 135 metres long and offers you a premium-quality, modern and stylish ambience on three passenger decks and in 86 cabins. The cabins and suites on decks two and three feature private balconies with lounge seating and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. The large sun deck offers plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun.
All the modern Double Cabins on our hotel boat include superior-quality amenities. The cabins feature separable double beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, a safe and Wi-Fi. Our Suites include a bathtub in addition to a shower and a balcony. Our Comfort Double Cabins also have a balcony.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the boat is not ideally suited to guests with limited mobility. The lift connects the restaurant with the lounge, deck two and deck three. Deck one, however, can only be reached via stairs, as can the sun decks. The only outside area with level access is the open-air space in front of the bar. The cabins do not have level access bathrooms. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Identification documents when traveling
For all trips with the KD Moment, EU citizens require a valid identification document (ID card, passport). Citizens of other countries should inquire at the relevant consulate.
