Schedule Change for the Nostalgia Route
Due to low water levels and the resulting restrictions, our paddlewheel ship, the Goethe, will unfortunately be out of service starting July 10 until further notice. For this reason, our saloon ship, the MS Asbach, will be operating on the following route: 9:00 a.m. departure from Koblenz – 3:15 p.m. arrival in Rüdesheim / 4:15 p.m. departure from Rüdesheim – 8:00 p.m. arrival in Koblenz.
This schedule change is initially valid through July 26, 2026, inclusive.
However, the route segment 9:00 a.m. Koblenz – 11:00 a.m. Boppard, 6:50 p.m. Boppard – 8:00 p.m. Koblenz has been canceled. The MS Asbach will therefore operate on the route segment 11:00 a.m. from Boppard – 3:15 p.m. arrival in Rüdesheim / 4:15 p.m. departure from Rüdesheim – 6:50 p.m. arrival in Boppard (valid initially through July 26).

Panoramic Tours of Cologne
Depending on current water levels and traffic conditions, the route of the Cologne Panorama Cruises may need to be adjusted. Should this occur, the captain will inform you accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following general information regarding low water levels:
Due to low water levels and the resulting restrictions on boat traffic, there may unfortunately be delays in the scheduled departure times for regular service.
Some landing docks on the Rhine are currently very steep due to low water levels. Please note that, for insurance reasons, the crew is not permitted to assist guests with boarding or disembarking, and guests must load and unload bicycles, trailers, and e-bikes onto and off the vessel themselves.
Guests with limited mobility must rely on the assistance of their fellow passengers.
Pier 7 and 8 in Cologne (below the Hohenzollern Bridge, the departure point for the MS RheinHarmonie and MS Willi Ostermann) are particularly steep.
The second landing bridge in Düsseldorf at Burgplatz (LB BP 2), which is used on occasional dates by the MS RheinPoesie, is also very steep and, due to steps leading to the pontoon, is only suitable to a very limited extent for passengers with limited mobility.
In the ship schedules andsightseeing tour schedules for Cologne and Düsseldorf, you can see which ships are in service and when.
As part of the panoramic tours in Düsseldorf, depending on current conditions (low water levels, traffic volume), it may not be possible to sail into the Medienhafen.
