3 Star Chef Marc Haeberlin
Any top German chef would bow to the name Haeberlin. Marc Haeberlin is considered one of the world's best cooks. In France his dishes have become part of the national culture. The Maître of the "Auberge de l'Ill" in Alsace was recently crowned Best Chef of the Year 2004/5. The exquisite 4 course dinner was created by Haeberlin specially for Ganymée on Water.

The Show Programme
Embedded in a fast-paced show programme featuring artistes from five continents on board Europe's largest and most modern event ship, "Ganymée on Water" is set to become the most remarkable event of its kind.
The e ntertainer Gloria Gray will guide you through the evening in her own inimitable way. The Australian action acrobats "Price and McCoy" will be performing, as will the Spanish tightrope artiste Julien Poada, the trapeze duo Dace and Oleg, the well-known variety comedian Matthias Krahnert and the King of Pickpockets, Charly Borra. And those are just some of the top acts!
In addition of course we shall have our own dancers and a live band on stage.
